EuroMetrics is web analytics built in the EU for European websites. It is run by Ioffe & Friends Associação Cultural, a company registered in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

EuroMetrics was founded by Sergey Nesmachnyy, who leads the product and the company.
Why it exists
Most analytics tools send visitor data to US companies and need a cookie banner that many visitors decline, so the numbers go missing exactly where decisions are made. We wanted analytics a European business can run without either problem: no cookies, no consent banner for measurement, and data that stays in the EU.
How it works
A tracker of about 5 KB records page views and events without cookies and without storing personal data. The analytics engine is built on the open-source Umami project; on top of it we added multi-account hosting, a dedicated database for each account from the Business plan up, Google Analytics 4 import, Search Console data, and free tools for SEO checks, speed tests, uptime monitoring, cookie scans and short links.
Where your data lives
Analytics data is stored and processed in a data centre in Paris, France. Uptime checks run from Paris, Frankfurt and Amsterdam, and the speed test and cookie scanner run from Frankfurt. Every outside company involved, with its role and location, is listed on our subprocessors page. Subprocessors
