How Plans Work
EuroMetrics offers several plans that differ by how many events you can track per month, how long your data is retained, how many websites and team members you can have, and which advanced features are available. You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
Available Plans
There are six plans, from a free entry tier to a fully custom enterprise tier:
Plan | Events / month | Data retention | Websites | Team members | White-label domains | API access |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Hobby | 10,000 | 180 days | 1 | 1 | — | — |
Pro | 100,000 | 365 days | 3 | 1 | — | Basic |
Business | 1,000,000 | 730 days | 10 | 5 | 1 | Full |
Corporate | 3,000,000 | 1095 days | 25 | 10 | 2 | Full |
Agency | 10,000,000 | 1095 days | 50 | 25 | 5 | Full |
Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | High |
Higher plans also include longer support response times and, on Enterprise, a dedicated account manager and a custom data processing agreement (DPA).
What Each Limit Means
- Events / month: Every pageview and every custom event counts as one event. If you approach your limit, you will see it on the Usage page.
- Data retention: How far back your historical reports go. Older data is automatically removed once it passes the retention window.
- Websites: How many separate sites you can track under one account.
- Team members: How many people you can invite to your account. See Team Management.
- White-label domains: Whether you can serve the product under your own brand/domain. See White-Label.
- API access: Whether you can pull your data programmatically. See API Access.
Changing Your Plan
Open Settings → Billing. The Plan tab shows every plan as a card with its features and the current price. Pick a plan, choose a payment method, and confirm. Your new limits take effect immediately. The Payment History tab lists your past charges and their status.
What Happens If I Hit a Limit?
- Events: when you reach your monthly events cap, additional events may not be recorded until the next cycle or until you upgrade. Watch the Usage page so this does not surprise you.
- Websites / team members: you will be asked to upgrade when you try to add more than your plan allows.
